The future Riviera Park shopping center, located on Boulevard François Mitterrand, near the Faya crossroads in Abidjan, represents an innovative and sustainable vision for a shopping center. The project integrates a comprehensive entertainment offering, which is currently almost non-existent in the area: restaurants, a cinema complex, fitness center, a large children’s playground, sports fields, etc.
The presence of Auchan as a driving force, the food court area that will offer a variety of choices for all tastes, and the presence of major national and international brands guarantee a quality welcome and service for all.
Riviera Park fits perfectly into its ecosystem and is subject to a strict and meticulous approach to environmental and social impacts. Its commitment to sustainable development is demonstrated in particular by obtaining Edge certification, highlighting efforts to minimize environmental impact.
The creation of more than 1,000 jobs will contribute significantly to the local economy. Vocational training initiatives and the promotion of local culture and products strengthen the connection with the community, emphasizing inclusion and support for young people. This ambitious project is a step forward towards a future where business and social responsibility go hand in hand.
